About Elvira

Elvira Evanoff has been involved in the real estate industry since 1980. Her primary experience began with the Housing Group, Inc. in the early 1970s. As a principal subsidiary of the Pritzker Companies, The Housing Group was involved in developing several master planned communities in California and Colorado. Elvira gained immediate recognition while serving as assistant to several of the company's executives. She was Project Manager of a luxury single family resident in South Laguna and of a 16,000 square foot custom in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.

During this period, Elvira also became active in private real estate sales, eventually joining forces with Coldwell Banker in the early 1990's. She has built up a loyal coterie of highly influential clients ranging in backgrounds from major industries to the medical profession. Her experience gained working with a major real estate developer has given her an incredible array of skills covering areas such as legal documentation, building code requirements, environmental issues and financing. These skills have been invaluable in assisting clients with various property and financing issues. More importantly, Elvira's skills and background have allowed her to provide exceptional service, not only to the well-capitalized buyer, but also to the first-time buyer. As a result, Elvira has developed the ability to assist clients in identifying the most appropriate allocation of their resources in real estate. These abilities, coupled with a personal touch in negotiating, have made her an outstanding partner in the purchase or sale of a home.

With the decline in property values within the past two years, Elvira has successfully negotiated with lending institutions the acceptance and completion of several "short sales" benefiting both the institutions and her clients.

Elvira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the California state University at Fullerton and has been a REALTOR since 1980. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and a member of Coldwell Banker's International Elite.
